Preparing-

Hey all!!

I’m having twins, although I’m hoping to deliver vaginally like my previous births I’ve been told by my hospital they won’t be willing to deliver the twins unless baby A is head down.

Currently he is. However he’s been flipping constantly over the last few weeks. I have 10 weeks to go.

Just incase my birth plan goes up in the air I’d like the be prepared for a c section if it’s necessary.

What should I have on hand to make the healing process easier?
