Septate Uterus

I recently found out that I have a septate uterus. My regular OBGYN can’t really help me anymore with this moving forward. She referred me to a fertility specialist stating that I’m going to have to have some sort procedure to fix this. She states she does not want me to get pregnant until it’s taken care of as it’ll be high risk or result in loss, although the chances of me getting pregnant are very slim currently.

Has anyone else ever gone through this or something similar? Would love to hear someone else’s journey on it.

I have not had a miscarriage or anything, I only found out as I’ve only had 3 periods a year for the past 3 years along with other symptoms and multiple high prolactin blood tests that came back normal for thyroid/pituitary issues. On my MRI results, it also noted PCOM, but my doctor brushed this off. Also, I have no idea how bad it all truly is, as I never saw the actual image results and neither did my doctor, only radiology did.
