I’m confused..

Today I went and got a blood draw to do a confirmation of my positive at home test, and sadly it came back negative. I then went home and took another test and it was positive. My period is supposed to come between today and Wednesday. This is my first time actually trying after having an ectopic pregnancy back in May 2022. Has anyone ever had this happen? Is there still hope? First picture is the test I just took and the second is the test from yesterday 3pm and the one below is today 1030 am, and yes the lines are pink in person.
