Big clots !!!! Heavy period worried about having kids

Okay so i always had heavy periods but Lately my periods are super heavy blood clot after blood clot for ten days ! This is day 5 of my period lol

I spot for 4 days light bleed and then boom full blown for another 5-7 days with huge clots very painful where I’m literally pushing them out lol now i don’t want to go on birth control bc we plan on trying soon for a baby!!!! I am a little nervous i wont even be able to have kids because of all my eissues and extreme anemia I also have  thalassemia. Every doctor said my periods are normal. Yeah
