Help where to live

I’m trying to decide where i should live. For the past two years or so I’ve always been near my sister. If she moved i moved too because we’re really close and she’s a single mom so i like see my nieces and to help her out if she needs me to watch them. But she moved back to our home state which is too expensive for me (I’m currently back with our parents temporarily) so i figured i should move somewhere where i can start my career, like in a state that specializes in it (i currently work in journalism, i want to switch to communications and the best jobs are in like la, ny, atlanta, etc). But it makes me sad to think how far I’d be from my sister and her kids. I can’t decide if i should prioritize my career, or being near family. Also if i move to one of these hot spots for my job then i would have no family around so like what if my car breaks down or something or what if i get lonely. Obviously my future is important but ive been near my sister for so long its like i can’t imagine her not being a few minutes away from me and ive mad a list of pros and cons but i just cant decide what to do :(
