Breastfeeding while TTC

I need help! I have been breast-feeding my almost now one year-old. I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon however we have been trying to get pregnant for several months with no luck. My period has returned and I have been tracking ovulation over the last four months. Last month I had two peak LH results. One was four days after my period and the next one was around the time that it would’ve been expected. We are doing what is needed every single day even during non-fertile days and still have no luck. Any advice is appreciated. I am almost 39 years old and feel like I am running out of time 😞😞
