I need help! I don’t think I’m having miscarriage!

PLEASE help I want to keep my baby! 🙏🙏🙏 This morning I got a bit spotting so I ran for urine test and went to 2 obgyn just to make sure. They do ultrasound 3 times, and one of them vaginal. I am currently in my 9th week of pregnancy but doctor said there’s no fetus inside and there’s no heartbeat. But I can see something inside the yolk sac although not as big as it’s supposed to be. I mean is there a chance my baby’s just underdeveloped? Or maybe the date the sperm gets inside my egg just too close to my menstruation date so it messed up the calculation? I don’t think I am having miscarriage at all since my body still functions like it’s carrying a baby egg inside. I was pregnant twice before, had caesarean twice and 2 healthy babies. My 2nd born is now 15 month old. Forgive me english is not my first language. I need your wisdom momma. Does anyone ever had something similar like me but the baby grows, survive and thrive?

Also, the doctor gave me meds to take the baby out. I don’t think I should drink it but how long can I keep not drinking the meds? I mean what if the baby still alive? And what if it is not? And does it affect me if i try to keep the baby for another week to check again just to make sure?

I really need help please, PLEASE someone help me I want to keep my baby.
