8 weeks 2 days weird symptoms

I am supposedly 8 weeks and 2 days. My last period was April 6. My last period came 5 days earlierthen expected. I did the pee test. It was positive. Went to my doctor did all the blood work and pee work. Went for my 1st ultrasound when i was 7 weeks amd 5 days had to end up doing a vaginal ultrasound. The technician say she didn't see anything except the sac. I have another ultrasound when i 2 weeks from that date so i will be 9 weeks and 5days. Today i had some brown spotting. I am seeingmy doctor on the same day as my 2nd ultrasound appointment. Has this ever happened to anyone? Any advic? Anything would.be greatly appreciated.
