Perineum burning help please!

Hi, about a week ago I had sex with my boyfriend and the next day I noticed some burning/itching, I didn’t think much about it. But it continued and I started thinking maybe a yeast infection because I had been on an antibiotic. At this point it felt like fire ants were in my pants, very similar to being stitched up after birth, so I got some monistat cream to put on the outside where it was itching and I felt some relief finally. So once it calmed down I felt around to see where it was mostly affected and it seemed like my perineum area very close to the butthole so I was like okay maybe not a yeast infection but just my hemorrhoid flared up affecting the whole area, so I put some hemorrhoid cream and again I felt relief, but now it is really burning again nothing helps.

So I am not sure if my boyfriend scratched me, something tore a little, or there’s an infection. My boyfriend did inform me he had an ingrown fingernail that was really gross and he touched me so that may be important to note.

I can’t see my general doctor until next week and I am too embarrassed to go to my local urgent care because I take my son there a lot. I can find a doctor and plan to go but I am just scared that his finger gave me something nasty, I don’t know 😣

I looked and I didn’t see or feel anything weird, it was just red. I noticed a bit of blood also cause the skin is broken from it being a burning rash now. Please help :(
