Is labor nearing?

So tmi but I woke up this morning as in Monday and was having contractions then went back to sleep after they subdued. My back has been hurting all day and I feel like I’m getting Braxton hicks even now I feel so much pressure down there and I can’t tell if I’m peeing or if my water is leaking I keep feeling something coming down even after I go to the bathroom it’s like a slow leak tmi even my panties are wet I had to put on a liner. I had loose bowels yesterday while having contractions🤦🏻‍♀️. It’s my first full term pregnancy I never got this far in my last two it ended in mc. I’m about to be 39 weeks tomorrow
