Anyone else having issues with Nurx?

I use Nurx for my birth control and it’s been two months since the last one shipped, and the next order has been processing at the pharmacy for a month. I still had a pack but I only have one week left of the active pills and then the placebo week. I just don’t understand why it’s been processing for a month and I’m worried it won’t ship in time. Since I’ve been using it there also hasn’t been a month that it hasn’t shipped so it’s weird they haven’t sent me a pack in two months. I already messaged them and haven’t gotten a response yet. Is anyone else having issues?
