Could my bf get arrested for this?
I was with my bf and he accidentally backed into a car. We didn’t have a pen and couldn’t find anyone with a pen to write a note and the owner wasn’t showing up so we ran to the store to buy a pen and came back and left the note. Could he get arrested for a hit and run since we left for a minute?
