Is my hair bad?

Hello lovely ladies, I need some feedback! I paid a pretty penny getting my hair done, went back for an adjustment (which I was charged for even though the initial service didn’t meet our agreements) and am still not thrilled. She used high lift color the first time and bleach the second time. No toners or glosses. This is a partial highlight. It was $250 + tip🥴 in my area, the cost averages at $150.

I just need feedback, idk how to feel. It’s seems a little chunky/striped in areas. Kind of brassy in some areas and yellow in others. Considering purple or blue shampoo to try and neutralize. Idk what to do, I’m out money and the lady who did my hair is the owner of the salon I went to. She seemed irritated and rushed when I came back for my adjustment and barely gave me a minute to assess if I even liked the adjustment.
