Nipple knot/lump

Last month or so I noticed a lump on my right nipple. Kind of small, but noticeable, tender. My nipple was swollen and red/pinker than my left. Tenderness faded and it remained so I just left it. Yesterday I noticed lump had grown, started to become tender again. Nipple is still swollen and pinker than my left. It’s like a knot in my whole nipple. No current discharge, but this nipple has a history of discharge, clear (watery), yellow and blood over the last few years.

Looks white from the light bc of how stretched and shiny it is🙃

Anyone have experience with this or similar?

Messaged my Gyno. Haven’t breastfed in almost a year.
