I am curious if there Ultrasound tech or doctor that can help me tell if this ultrasound looks normal?

Call your OB office and ask for an available doctor to take a look and give you answers now. They should absolutely NEVER be sending you out of the office with no answeres after a scan. I personally would even find another OB office. If your OB isn't in the office to give you answeres after your scan they shouldn't have scheduled one.
