Missed twin on early ultrasound?

I had an early ultrasound and I can't shake the feeling that they missed there being a second baby. Any advice or experience would be appreciated! Here's a pic from the ultrasound ☺️

Girl I just found out I’m having twins at 20 weeks. Literally like I had an ultrasound at 6 and 12 weeks and they still didn’t find the other one until now .. sometimes they are stacked on each other

Missed twins on an ultrasound is highly unlikely. It’s one of the things they look for. And if they found one (or suspected there was 2) they’d tell you, they have literally no reason not to.

I see one baby and my guess is the one baby is a boy. 💙 It is easy to "miss" twins at 5-6 weeks. But anything after 8-9 weeks along, twins are noticeable. Anything is possible, I suppose, as doctors are just human like any of us. From picture provided, I see one baby.

I’m in the same situation I’m 6weeks 5 days pregnant my baby is on the left but didn’t notice on the right what looks like a second sac what do u think I have a another scan in 5 weeks

I’ve had the same feeling of carrying twins but I’ve also had an ultrasound that confirmed one baby. I still have intense feelings this pregnancy, different than my last. The morning sickness, tiredness, cramps, back pain, all that you could think of I’ve had double. And at just 11 weeks I already feel heavy and I’m definitely showing. I have pelvic pressure and I sometimes feel wobbly walking. All this made me suspect twin pregnancy as it just feels too early to be experiencing all this. But I guess, as they say, every pregnancy is different.
