Enlarged Kidney

I just had a 36 week ultrasound to see placenta location & sonographer noticed one kidney was enlarged (other kidney + bladder looked fine). Has anyone else had this? She didn’t seem alarmed but they have referred me to fetal medicine for an additional scan.

I’m not super worried but just interested in others experiences.
