Is this okay?

My daughter sleeps in a pack n play. She’s 3 months old. I use this waterproof pad (it’s like a fitted sheet) and a regular fitted sheet for her. She pack n play says don’t add a mattress, blanket, comforter, but if guessing this waterproof fitted sheet and fitted sheet is okay?

Honestly, I put a mattress in my daughters pack n play but by the time I did that she was nearly a year old and fully capable of rolling and lifting her head and she was far too big to get wedged in between the mattress and the pack and play - like sure there’s a little give on the sides but it’s not enough that she could literally get stuck in between it so I never worried about adding a padded mattress to her crib. 
I’m not recommending you do that given that you have an infant, but I would think a padded fitted sheet would be fine provided it fits the mattress snug. I think the only risk would be the fitted mattress coming off a corner and her potentially getting wrapped in it but I’m guessing at 3 months old she’s probably not rolling around too much in her sleep and to prevent that possible hazard you could get mattress straps for added comfort that she won’t get tangled in it. Otherwise, I don’t see the harm imo

They recommend not to for SIDS reasons. But if it fits snug I personally don't see a problem with it. I used a mattress pad for my pack and play for both my kids before transitioning to their cribs. I just put a fitted sheet on it and nothing else exactly like a crib.  We had no problems thankfully and they slept great in it. The board are pack and play came with was literally like sleeping on wood. It was super hard. The mattress pad we got, we made sure it was firm like a crib mattress.

I love these and they fit n plays very well! My son still uses them and he's 10 months but we didn't do the waterproof ones
