Thyroid issues /positive test 😭

I finally got a faint line at 12dpo , but yesterday I had routine labs for my thyroid and my levels came back crazy my TSH was 21 . Highest it should be is 4 . I’m so scared I’m going to lose this and I’ll have a chemical pregnancy. I took an extra half of my levothyroxine until I can speak with the doctor on Monday. Unfortunately I don’t think there’s much they can do until my levels are right. Just feeling defeated, I’ve been working so hard eating better, working out , mental health treatment, taking care of my appearance but it’s still not enough to get my thyroid under control😞 I want another baby so bad but this keeps happening.
