Some my daughter has this I don’t have her she with a family that I know long story but when I picked up her today she had this on her and it had a couple of blisters like pockets and she cried when I touched it

The first picture looks like eczema to me—with the little bumps, but the second picture looks like a shiner like when you fall and scrape your skin.

It looks like a burn to me. Put some neosporin on it and aloe Vera to help. Don’t let it get dry.

If you put an anti fungal cream on for a few days it should clear

It kind of looks like a burn to me, especially in the second photo. I spilled boiling soup on my belly pulling it out of the microwave and the burn looked very similar to the first photo initially that eventually welted and then looked like the second photo as it was healing
