I’m 7weeks today after walking sooo much in the shopping centre I came home full tired and in midnight I had a slight pain in upper arm. But no spotting nothing. Now its morning and its better now. As its Sunday my OBGYN won’t be available. I was sooo terrified it could be ectopic but it’s rare and I wish it’s not that
