How do you get that "young energy" again?

So I am only 24 but I feel ancient. This very easily could be the fact I am 24 weeks pregnant and have an almost 3 year old, but I would just love to have that "young energy" I am supposedly supposed to still have

24 with  no kids and I got a old soul. I would see friends when possible go out to eat when possible. Dance sing favorite songs when possible! Do youthful things color read create paint things that you can do with your child to keep the energy up with energy enriched foods.

I know exactly what you’re talking about. I had a month of breaking down, but my daughter was almost 2 years old. I was feeling so old and that the old me would never come back. What helped me was having a girls night out. I was crying desperately not wanting to go because my friends are younger than me and had no children at that time. Just that night fixed everything like magic. It was just what I needed. I know now you are feeling tired and probably don’t want a night out, but find something else to do with your friends, even if it’s just a lunch/dinner, go have a pizza and then go shopping with them. Anything that brings you a little joy.

I’m 41(almost 42) and haven’t slept all the way through an entire night since my son was born almost 4.5 years ago. He has only slept all the way through one night…the only night he did sleep through, I woke up wondering why he hasn’t woken up.

I’m 27 and haven’t slept in 5 years since my first was born. I feel this on a deep level. Neither of my kids sleep well. My first woke 3-6 times a night until he was 3.5 years old. He’s 4.5 now and still wakes 2-3 times a night a few days a week. 
Then my daughter is 19 months old and she still nurses 5-8 times a night AND her favorite wake up time is 5am 🫠 I honestly feel like I’m 10000 years old lol. I don’t recover well, I feel sick constantly, dizzy all the time, and every joint + bones ache and creak. The only thing that has helped me a little bit wish energy levels is a smoothie I drink every morning. Raw milk (tested for safety and certified), maple syrup, coconut sugar, ice, and cocoa powder. I always feel a bit better for awhile. But other than that, well, I was hoping since I’ve had my kids young that It’ll be easier when they’re teens since I’ll still be in my 30s but who knows 😭😅

I’m 25 with a 12 month old and 29 weeks pregnant. Definitely tired as hell and my son is in leap 8. I need like 10 coffees.
