Nap lengths
How long is your 16 month olds nap? (Or near that age). My little one still nurses to sleep and nurses during night wakings and nap wakings to go back to sleep. I’m wondering if I should not nurse her if she wakes during nap and just let her nap be short. Her naps range from 1 hr 15 min to 2 hours. Usually se wakes sometimes she sleeps right through. What did you do or would you do?
