How yo increase milk supply

Hi ladiesi just had my baby 5 days ago and my milk is coming in slowly. I bought a hands free pump it has no suction at all. So i have been using a manual one. Until I'm able get an electric pump. What can i do to increase my supply. Baby hasn't latched on to the boob. I am trying to get to latch with every feeding but she hasn't got the hang of it.
