The pill/ early symptoms

Hello everyone! This is my first post on this app. I am curious about the early symptoms of pregnancy, but I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet. I am waiting to see if my period comes after stopping my contraceptive pill which I’m due to stop Wednesday . My partner and I had sexual intercourse at the end of January and mid-February. I was on antibiotics at the time, which I have heard can sometimes reduce the effectiveness of the pill and he did not wear a condom. I started my period in early February and it is due in a few days, so I am not entirely convinced that I am pregnant, but I want to be safe since My friend mentioned that antibiotics can impact the effectiveness of the contraceptive pill, which has made me concerned .
