Vaccines for infants

My hubby is not a fan of vaccines for our baby. He's come across a lot of stories about terrible things that happen because of vaccines. Our friend has a baby cousin who has autism and they blame shots. I know a book writer who did research on a child who had autism because of the 10 mo vaccination. Anybody else experience this first hand with shots etc? I'm concerned on what and what not to give my baby girl...
