3 trigger in same cycle

Hello sisters! I’m writing out of the US, we been ttc for 1 year and half now, everything good on his side and mine as well, but unable to get pregnant, anyways, my doctor have me on hcg shot on days 7-12-14 of my cycle, clomid 5-9 and dydrogesterone (duphaston) from day 10-21, I never had issues with my periods, always regular, I’m looking to hear you stories about hcg shot! I’m new to this and I’m been reading alot, seems like Dr in US always give only hcg shot. So I’m confused😪 please advise, thanks for reading!
