Chemical burn?

So we have been potty training she's like 90% potty trained but still needs a diaper for car rides and sometimes at night. Is this a allergic reaction all the sudden to the diapers? Same ones she was wearing. Or is it a chemical burn?

That definitely looks similar to the rash my son gets if he wears pampers or luvs. He couldn’t do the new cocomelon brand (whatever it is) pull ups because this is what it looks like an hour after we put them on. I wonder if they didn’t change an ingredient in the diapers. Usually it’s a scent or coloring dye in my son’s case
