Hey girls, so I got my first BFP yesterday at 3w 6d. I’m wondering whether to let my GP know now or wait til a bit later? With my last pregnancy I didn’t know until 7 weeks so I had to let them know straight away, but now I know earlier I’m not sure whether to just wait! TIA x
