Can you get pregnant by this?

So me and my boyfriend had sex in the shower, It was on my last day of my period. I was only spotting.

He pulled out and ejaculated on my stomach but the water did make the sperm run down my vagina and legs. Can sperm survive the water and make it’s way inside the vagina like that? My breast have been very tender and that never happens unless I’m on my period. Which was almost two weeks ago so I know it’s not that. And I’m also extremely horny all the time
