Found nothing at 6 week Scan

I found out I was pregnant on Friday. We went for an early internal scan today. My last period means I’m roughly 6 weeks pregnant. However, I had a “period” 8-9 days ago which I think must have been implantation.

They saw nothing on the scan today. She wasn’t very helpful. She said the egg was released from my left ovary and everything looks great for carrying a baby. And to come back in 2 weeks.

Was I just too early? Should I worry that I saw nothing? Not even a sac.
