10 week nuchal translucency
I went into my OB for my 10 week appointment and she did a bedside ultrasound, handed this ultrasound photo to me and said “baby is moving a heart looks great”. I got home and noticed the large spot behind the neck and started to spiral. Any ideas if nuchal translucency is detected at 10 weeks? Or might this just be a normal shadow? .
I’m 40 years old so risk of Down’s syndrome is around 1%.
