Hey guys I’m 22 and have a 18m son this is tmi but just trying to give background his dad was abusive and never took care of our son emotionally financially etc etc me and my son moved on I got in another relationship with my current we’re engaged and I’m pregnant my question is do I need permission from my son dad to change his last name I just want my kids to have the same last name
