My bf has been itchy??

So my bf has been itchy to the point that I notice it. It’s on his testicle (like under his balls) area… always in the same area. He asked me to look to see if there was anything there and I didn’t see anything at all. He doesn’t shave or anything what can it be. I was recently tested for STDs and I was clean. I was tested because I struggle with BV and wanted to make sure it wasn’t something else. I have no suspicion that he’s been sleeping around… any ideas?
