Why are men like this?

I met this guy, he was all about me and definitely felt like love bombing. He wants a relationship and wanted It to be with me. I let him know things were going a little fast and I would like to take them slow. He respected that and things were okay. I started to realize when I would set a boundary he would flip It around on me. Listen I’m not perfect and I have flaws but It seems like this guy isn’t self aware and admit when he was wrong. A situation happened two days ago. We didn’t talk yesterday, I reached out today and no response. Is he acting like this because I set boundaries and he doesn’t like It? Why would he go from being all about me and texting everyday to not responding?
