Possibly pregnant ?

I can see faint lines on both of them in person but I can never seem to get a good enough photo of it 🤦🏼‍♀️ so I have an odd story so I didn’t track ovulation i had unprotected sex on the 27th of February and took the morning after pill later but still within the time frame, I had what I thought was my period but it was odd I bled kinda normal 1 day then just spotting and then have had mild symptoms (back ache, headaches, but of nausea) and decided to take 2 tests just to check and I got faint shadow / lines on them I have a doctors appointment later today

Any advice is appreciated :)
