Single Mom with no help at risk for losing job
They are really flexible with every other employee except for me. The supervisor herself moved to Durham Nc and our job is based in Charlotte NC. She gets to come in once a week on Wednesdays and that’s it. She actually stayed home the past two Wednesdays because of “car trouble” and she didn’t feel well but she worked virtually. I realize they are trying to build a case against me. I’m really disappointed because I’m already struggling as a single mom of 3. When I am working I do my job and cause no issues and I’m an excellent team player. They are literally messing with me because my son is only 1 and is in daycare and I had to miss 3 meetings that I could have attended virtually but they refused. They host the meeting virtually but still make me use PTO but then send me emails saying that I’m missing the “very important staff meetings”. Anyone in HR that can offer some guidance? I do not want to lose my job but I also feel like I’m being attacked. Currently I have 68 hours of PTO
