implantation bleeding or period?

my bf ALWAYS uses condoms and is extra careful, we’ve been dating for a year. i started to spot on march 17 (expected period) and lasted for 4 days (usually how my periods last) but no flow whatsoever. i wiped yesterday morning and this is what i saw. also, i’ve been stressed out and anxious about schoolwork and personal life and i know it can affect one’s cycle. my mom says i should count it as a period, but i’m not sure :/ SHOULD I WORRY? even tho i already am lol 🤕
