Venting about Transvaginal ultrasound

Okay so yesterday I had a transvaginal ultrasound. While it’s nice that we were able to confirm that I am 7 weeks, it was the most pain I have EVER felt in my life. The OB said that my uterus is tilted and he had to stick the wand in and then turn it completely vertical to get a picture of the baby. I can literally still feel where the wand was it hurt so bad. This is my third time getting a transvaginal ultrasound (as this is my 3rd baby) but it has never hurt at all, let alone like that. Has anybody else had a similar experience??
