Could I be pregnant?

Hi, so I have a very irregular cycle. My cycle can last anywhere from 29-42 days. I had sex yesterday. It started out protected but we decided to ditch the protection around the time he ejaculated. He pulled out, I’m just not sure if he did so in time. Luckily, I took plan b within two hours after intercourse. Unluckily, according to my period trackers, I’m ovulating, have ovulated, or am going to ovulate soon. Due to my irregular cycle though, I’m unsure if that’s correct. If it is, could the plan be even work? I read that Plan B can’t be effective during or after ovulation, but that it can before ovulation. Could anyone help to answer my question? Thank you.
