plan b

Soo I was on my last day of my cycle last Saturday, I had unprotected sex that night. I took plan b the following morning and was not having any menstrual bleeding. Yesterday I’ve started having dark red bleeding, not super heavy just similar to a light period day.

I know plan b can cause bleeding, is the bleeding most likely due to the plan b or should I be concerned about implantation?
