Do you shave your arms?

This sounds weird but a few weeks ago me and my friends were talking and one of them said that they shave their arms. I was thinking of doing this but then shaving makes the grow back thicker and prickly. So I'm not sure. Any ideas?

I do it. It doesn't grow back thicker but it does grow in different directions. It's not hard to keep up and they're not prickly. I shave mine maybe once a fortnight if that?

I stupidly did it once in the 9th grade and now, as a freshman in college, I still have to do it because I hate the way it grows back. I should've just left them alone. I like the extra smooth feeling but it's annoying having to keep doing it
