After awakening from a nap, if you feel well rested you could be pregnant. If you feel tired you could be pregnant. Hungry? Pregnant. Confused? Pregnant. Aware of your surroundings and oriented to time and date? Pregnant. 
However… you have to have unprotected sex first, and miss a period, and then confirm that pregnancy with a test.
