Need advise!!!!

So my partner and myself have been together 10years we have tried and tried for a baby for around 7years and nothing, iv had test ect and all come back absolutely fine….. anyways cut a long story short)… my partner went for a sperm test and his doctor has phoned him today with results….we thought he may have low sperm count but it actually turns out he has no sperm at all🥺 his other sperm test years ago said he needed to provide another sample but we thought it must be all ok but actually we now know he can’t have children. I have a son from a previous relationship and he’s been there since he was 4months. He’s kind of acting ok but I don’t know if that’s a man thing any advise would be great obviously we will probably never be able to conceive unless a sperm doner Maby?
