Anyone get super anxious before Appt?

I have my first ultrasound Appt tomorrow afternoon and I’m super nervous and blah! 
This is my first pregnancy after miscarriage so I’m just full of doubt

Yep I’m so anxious!! This is my 4th baby I have 2 living sons and my daughter was stillborn in December.. there was no explanation for her passing and she was perfectly healthy🥺 so I have a feeling I will never feel “safe” this entire pregnancy😭 ugh just praying this baby is healthy and lives

I had my first appointment today and I was very nervous!!!!!!

This is my first after miscarriage also and I’ve been able to see and hear the heart beat twice, STILL, I’m so nervous I’m shaking on the way to appointments. 
I hope it passes for all of us, especially those of us having our rainbows:)

Yes! 100% every time! This is our 6th pregnancy and we’ve lost all of our other babies to miscarriage and stillbirth. I feel like I’m always waiting for the other shoe to drop when I have an appointment. My therapist has recommended some calming meditation before appointments to reduce the stress but 🤷‍♀️
