TW : MC / loss

Just looking for some advice please ! I suffer from adenomyosis , endometriosis & recurring miscarriages (I’ve had 9 so far).This cycle I wasn’t expecting to get pregnant at all however I’ve been feeling nauseous , my boobs killll , I’ve found it hard to sleep but when I do I can’t be woken up,crying at literally everything even Clifford the big red dog 🤣 and having the craziest dreams.Today I started lightly pink bleeding so of course started crying and panicking straight away thinking it was another MC however I’m in no pain which given my endo / adeno is weird for me , it’s been hours since I first noticed the pink and it hasn’t got heavier and sometimes disappears.I haven’t got any pregnancy tests at home at the moment so the only thing I could think to do is take an ovulation one as I heard that sometimes they can detect early pregnancy (I know this can’t be used in place of an actual test though so I have ordered some).The ovulation test came back positive and with the light pink bleeding I just don’t understand what this could mean.

Any advice would be super appreciated! Thank you in advance ! 🌈🤞🏻❤️

Update : the bleeding started off super slow and pink like implantation but sped up and got heavy and painful , on day 2 of my “period” I went for some blood tests and found a have a dangerous vitamin B12 & vitamin D deficiency which I’m not taking medication for and also that my thyroid is at an odd level so needs to be monitored from now on.My heavy bleeding has now ended and at home I have the clear blue fertility monitor and it asked me to test on day 6 , I took an ovulation test and pregnancy tests and both have come back positive even after that bleeding I had , has anyone else had something like this or any idea what it could mean, when I was bleeding and even after I still felt pregnant so to now get a positive ovulation test and pregnancy test I’m very confused , thank you

Update : since the first test I’ve taken 3 more tests and they’re getting darker each time however I had a hcg blood test which said my hcg was less than 1 meaning not pregnant however my doctor said you need HCG over 25 to even get a positive test , has anyone had a negative HCG blood test and still been pregnant ?
