Ever experience vaginal wall pain 12 dpo ?

I’ve had nausea , headaches, tender boobs , cramping that’s woken me up at night and yesterday at 11 dpo I’m all of a sudden having this pain on one side of vaginal wall , like when u put your hand down there near the anus and v hole . It’s slightly uncomfortable to sit down . Took a test earlier and it was negative. So idk if it’s pregnancy, pms , a cyst etc but it’s uncomfortable and I’m trying not to worry it doesn’t hurt to pee or anything but I don’t understand what it is .
