Baby acne?
So my baby has had baby acne like really bad but his ear has been swollen and I noticed it was wet? And I thought from my milk or something but I noticed a brown yellowish color on his shoulder and I know his shirt was clean till I noticed his ear wet. And it came from his skin not from inside his ear sooo idk if it’s the baby acne irritation on his ear or what
