Can progesterone suppositories make test line levels darker on pregnancy test?

Yesterday I took a pregnancy test before my progesterone suppository and the line was light pink. Few hours later I took my progesterone suppository and my pregnancy test line was darker pink. I done the same thing today using the same brand test and the same thing happened. 
Is that possible that progesterone makes pregnancy test line darker. I’m so confused

I think progesterone could affect hydration levels and being more dehydrated could cause the line to be darker

Nothing to be confused about. The darkness of the line is completely inconsequential. If there’s 2 lines, it’s positive. If you’re looking for information outside of positive or negative, you need to get a blood test.
