Transvaginal US and bleeding

I had my first appt today. I had an transvaginal US done, they told me bleeding lightly would be normal and would lighten over the next couple days. Based off my last period I was estimated to be around 8 weeks and baby is measuring 6. I’m suppose to go back in 2 weeks and also have appts got blood work.

I’ve since gotten home and am still bleeding (expected) but now there are clots. Is this nothing? Should I prepare myself? Trying not to stress to much. So just kinda looking for guidance, I’ve put in a message with my OB but I know he’s super busy and may not see it until this after noon.
